Haircuts for Locals and Those Who Travel!

I’m so happy with all of the new people who’ve come to the salon! We have a good time! I don’t always get pictures of everyone because of the rhythm of things, but here are some great shots of recent haircuts!

I love men’s haircuts! He likes his a little bit longer all over.

Her hair is almost all virgin curly hair! She used to straighten it which relaxed her curls. We did some deep conditioning, and I updated her shape while taking off some of the damaged ends. We agreed it looks very nice!

A beautiful ombré. It’s very natural and we’ve taken out the old red tones.

A healthy cut to go with some beautiful color!

Her hair is so healthy and curly! It’s a completely different texture than when we first met. So happy about this!

Another Fun and Busy Week at Grateful Dreads!

The seasons are changing. The students are coming back, and a lot of people are coming home from abroad. Back to work!

Here are some highlights of the happenings this week:

Dafna is back from Jerusalem and came in for a haircut.

When clients find me at the new shop, it feels like a reunion!

Rodney’s dreads are tightening! He came in for a “tune-up.” Look how smooth they are!

We put in Rodney’s dreads two months ago.

Casey came by, and we fixed up her hair real quick!

Kelly’s new ombré! We totally updated her look! Camellia really loves Kelly:)

Laura drove from Toledo to have her dreads fixed up! She is one of those amazing people I love to meet! Thank you!!

A Fun Day at Grateful Dreads

I really love this shop! It’s a good time!

Teymour and Andros stopped by for a visit. Two of my favorite people!

I put out signs, and people were pouring in!

Naveen is an herbal healer in town. He came in for his dreadlocks! We did them on the spot! They took about 3 hours.

Sarah came in feeling like a wild animal, so we went with it and did some peacock ombré.

I love that deep blue! I’ve been doing Sarah’s hair for a while now, and this was her first visit to Grateful Dreads! We had a really nice time catching up.
